Tools to Ensure Equal Housing Rights

CSA is a non-profit organization concerned with ensuring equal opportunity in housing and promoting equal housing rights for everyone. CSA values the importance of sustainability and allowing for those living in San Diego the opportunity to live free from housing discrimination. CSA offers both housing counseling services and mediation for renters (both prospective and current) and landlords to eliminate disputes. In addition, CSA provides education to renters and landlords alike to give them the tools they need to enhance the landlord renter relationship and ensure discriminatory practices are prevented and addressed.

Available Fair Housing Trainings:

Some of the topic-specific workshops we can focus on are listed below. All of our trainings cover the protections fair housing laws provide to residents in seeking or obtaining any housing services when it comes to discrimination.

  • General Fair Housing

  • Fair Housing and Disability

  • Fair Housing and Race/Color

  • Fair Housing and National Origin

  • Fair Housing and Sex/Gender

  • Fair Housing and LGBTQ+ Protections

  • Fair Housing and Familial Status

  • Fair Housing and COVID-19

Our goal is to eliminate housing discrimination so everyone living in San Diego County can focus on their lives rather than on housing concerns.
