Programs & Services

CSA San Diego County can assist with the filing, processing and investigation of your bona-fide housing discrimination complaints. CSA conducts regular activities aimed at inform the general public about the current fair housing laws as well as their rights and responsibilities as tenants, available resources and remedies for addressing housing discrimination problems.

As an active civil rights advocate, CSA continuously works towards the preservation of those rights which may involve but are not limited to the following: citizenship & voters education, immigration, human trafficking and youth advocacy.

Incorporated cities and the County of San Diego have given contracts to fair housing agencies to provide fair housing services. CSA has contracts to serve the following communities:

City of Carlsbad City of La Mesa
City of El Cajon City of Santee

In addition, we serve the unincorporated communities of San Diego County that are east of I-15, from the Riverside County border south to the 94 Hwy.

CSA collaborates with other fair housing organizations in San Diego County to make housing safe, healthy and fair for all residents.

CSA provides translation services in Spanish, American Sign Language, Arabic, and other languages as required and/or requested. Please call for more information.
